Frase Flowers is a nontoxic flower business located in Western New York, owned by Morgan Cabana and Alex Frase. Its primary focus is floral preservation and is the home of the Pressed Flower Buffalo. In 2024, Morgan saw the need for an email list and knew it was time to invest in her email marketing platform, especially since social media isn't guaranteed. Throughout the year, Howe Sociale worked with Morgan to set her up with an email platform and help save her time so she could focus on her product and service offerings, as well as her family.
In April 2024, Frase Flowers requested an email platform to protect and communicate with its customer base. Other goals included increasing brand and product awareness, as well as increasing leads and sales. Howe Sociale determined the best platform to use, set the platform up with the business' current branding, created templates for Morgan to use, created subscriber forms and embedded a pop-up and footer into its website, created an opt-in sequence and welcome journey to send to new subscribers, and sent out its first product drop email (which helped sell out the limited and one-of-a-kind pieces). We also assisted Morgan with eliminating manually reminding her biweekly floral subscription holders to pick up their fresh flowers during the summer by creating and scheduling reminder emails for the entire season.
Following the initial project, Frase Flowers changed its name from The Frase Farm in July, and requested assistance updating the platform to reflect this change. We updated the platform and templates with the new branding and created and scheduled an email to communicate this change to its subscriber list.
In November, Frase Flowers requested holiday emails to communicate and promote its upcoming product drop and 2025 floral subscription sign-up. No discounts were applied to any products or services due to the nature of the client's current business model. We consulted with Morgan to help determine a communication plan to strategically communicate Frase Flowers’ plans, with the goal of driving excitement and selling out both the product drop and the upcoming subscriptions. Following this conversation, we wrote and designed emails that teased and communicated its holiday offerings and scheduled each email. These holiday emails performed phenomenally and helped with the sales of the holiday offerings.

Overall, Frase Flowers continues to see growth and effectiveness with an email list. Since contracting Howe Sociale in the spring of 2024, its email list has grown to over 300 subscribers, with about a 50% conversion rate.
"Howe Sociale did an incredible job with my email marketing."
